Welcome. These terms set out the rules for using our website and engaging our services. By using this site or working with us you accept these terms, so please take a moment to read them.
You may use our site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm us or other visitors.
Any work we undertake is defined in a written proposal or statement of work. That document sets out the scope, timeline and price, and takes precedence over any general information shown on this website.
Fees, schedules and invoicing terms are agreed in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period noted on each invoice.
All raw observational data, images, and research findings collected through Novastra become your resource upon completion of your cosmic discoveries project. We may feature notable observations in our public astronomy archive unless alternative arrangements are documented in advance.
We apply rigorous standards to every measurement and analysis in space exploration work, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
We may revise these terms periodically as our space adventures and astronomy programs evolve. You'll always find the current version here on this page, so check back if you're planning new cosmic discoveries with us.
